Wow, this must be friends or something posting these reviews but my experience was absolutely terrible. The food was average. It looked good ( sliders, shrimp cocktail, Mac and cheese and some beef dish . Dessert trio and cookies for dessert but cookies didn’t come) Kobe served us, or I guess you can say we were, not well though. We were seated fairly quickly, polite staff but that’s where it ended. There were about 5 tables outside and there were other servers, but for some reason Kobe didn’t really pick up my plate or clear anything off my side. He would pass and ask if everything was ok. It was fine, not an absolute mind blowing experience but ok food given it’s a restaurant at a outdoor pool area. The other staff members however did come by and ask if they could get my plate. Kobe even asked if we wanted the check before we ordered dessert. Ok we asked if we could order dessert and then we waited and waited and waited, finally got the trio and it was just ok. We ordered the cookie dessert for my toddler and that never came, finally when we got the check it was on the check and by then we just wanted to leave, the entire experience went sour. We asked to have it removed, Kobe left and said he would see if it was coming out and take it off if it wasn’t. We waited and waited and waited some more, was he waiting for the cookies so he wouldn’t have to take it off the bill? He came out with the check and the cookies. We paid and left them behind. They looked stale and had zero interest in returning. I do not plan...
Read moreStarted coming here in February when family moved into the neighborhood. At first we loved it and thought it was great. Food was good, service was good, there were drink specials and food specials. Then it started to be a toss up when you went on what you ordered -some stuff was still great, some not so much. We ran into things like the Steak being tough, pizza burned, French toast undercooked. Some of the dishes have been consistently great like the burgers, the egg rolls and the sliders- We would recommend them if you go. Service however has gotten extremely slow and takes a long time. And any specials seem to have disappeared. The servers are always friendly and accommodating. I’m not sure if there is just not enough staff to handle the amount of customers? As an example at brunch we had to ask for half of our drinks again after 15 /20 mins with four in our party and it took the food about an hour to come out -when it came out it was two people’s dishes then the other two people’s dishes five mins later. The girl who waited on us was friend and good but she was busy and I think possibly one of the hostesses or bartenders not one of the waitresses. The atmosphere is great, location is great and staff is friendly- we will continue to go for the dishes we really like since it’s local and a great atmosphere though not as often but are hoping it goes back to as...
Read moreWent to singo bingo last night and the experience was just plain bad. We go there early and got an open seat table. 15 minutes goes by with no attention. I go up to the bar on the patio and get told servers are coming around. We saw them but waited another 15 minutes and still no server. We head in to the bar and the bartender was excellent! While we’re there a lady comes up wanting a drink but cant get help. The MANAGER tells her just wait they have servers coming around so she leaves. He then openly talks about how if she brings a problem then she should have a solution. Pretty sure that’s your job but okay. As we sip our martinis several other folks come and leave with no help. We’ve lived here a couple years but the restaurant has continued to languish and only 2 things remain the same. The manager and the head chef. We ended up going to TX roadhouse and had a great experience and I don’t even like the place. Poor management, lack of staff, and overpriced bar food is killing what could be an amazing place. It sucks because when we first would go a couple years ago the prices were tolerable for the convenience. The staff were awesome too. Now? We never take our family there when they visit which should...
