I haven't had the opportunity to try the Grill Portion, but I have had their Fresh Crawfish and Shrimp! They were Definitely QUALITY and Plentiful Quantity at Surprisingly Efficient Pricing (Purchased Sacks, one Level under highest tier). I've often seen their advertised Specials, but this was my 1st privilege to witness in person. And my Experience was JUST That, Compliments of Liza! She was Awesome, Start to Finish! She was Very Knowledgeable and Helpful with adequate 🎣Tackle and Bait Selection, with Specifics due to Location, Tide and types of Fish sought ("Red" and Black Drum). During which, she exhibited Genuine Patience and Accommodation as I was a bit indecisive and "Novice" in my 1st Shopping experience here of MANY to come! Largely, Thanks to Liza's Service, Personality, Courteous Demeanor and Generosity! She Did Suggest and Recommend the Grill as well, which Imy Cousin did indulge, and I agreed to try on subsequent visit! Thanks Again Liza and Staff! Kudos! Until next Visit,...
Read moreWe have been loyal Boyd’s customers for over three years. Boyds always had its ups and downs. But today we were treated absolutely terrible. My husband and I bought 10 pounds of cooked crawfish and when eating it at home we got to found out that the crawfish was overcooked, mushy, and overall terrible. We came back to Boyd’s to get a replacement. And we don’t live far away, literally 10 min drive. The lady who we spoke to was rude, disrespectful and offensive. She didn’t make a single attempt to solve the problem. Only thing she did was she gave us 5 pound of the crawfish that was as bad as the one we tried to return. We politely refused. 45 dollars were thrown away in trash, and another loyal customer lost. I expected a better customer service from Boyd’s employees. I was very disappointed and will never come back. If you want good cooked crawfish you will never find it at Boyd’s anymore. If the owner care about his business I left my phone number and a name with the...
Read moreWell this is now my 3rd time trying Boyds (the first time they ran out) and I have to say that for $6 a pound for crawfish it is totally NOT worth it at all! Service is hit or miss, some of the girls at the grill are friendly, some are miserable. Whoever runs the Facebook is shady as they deleted my picture of the crawfish because they are SO SMALL! It's not season yet so they are just trying to make a quick buck and not serve quality bugs. I wonder how this effects the crawfish ecosystem. The girls were so cold at the grill they didn't want to cook burgers or a combo platter, would of warmed them up but I didn't want to wait or make them upset. These bugs were so small my husband and I joked about just eating the shell with the tail LOL. They didn't have a good spice yesterday but they give complimentary TX dust to throw on them so we got em spicy! Corn and potatoes are completely bland. I'd go somewhere else until the price drops back...
