Why have I waited this long to eat here!!???🤔 Tonight I ordered the Brisket and the Ribs with coleslaw...The Brisket had incredible flavor, just enough fat, because who doesn't love a little melty fat!? ..It didn't even need the sauce, but that was fantastic too! The ribs were perfect!! Just enough smoke flavor, not overwhelming. But I've got to say WHOEVER makes the coleslaw....ummm, you need a raise and I need that recipe!!!🤣 Hands down the best flavor of coleslaw I've had in years(other than my own,lol). Great job on that!! My Hubs had the Smoked bologna which he said was delicious but he said the jalepeno cheese smoked sausage was FIRE!!!! The chunks of cheese and jalepeno were just the perfect combo to this smoked link. He had the Brisket pinto beans and they were perfect I'm assuming because there's none left!! The cornbread had great flavor and was a nice addition that I didn't expect to get with the meal. We have an order of the banana pudding for later but I'm just gonna make a wild guess and say it's probably delish too! Job well done 3 W's, just fantastic!!!! As long as you guys are here, we will continue to be customers of yours. Can't wait to come back to try more...

3-W's Smoke Shack was good. Brisket was very good, and the smoked bologna was one of the best that I've had in Texas. Mac-and-cheese seemed homemade and was very tasty. I don't think the sausage was homemade, but regular sausage was good. I'm ambivalent about their spicy BBQ sauce because I didn't receive much with my plate. However, the brisket, sausage, and bologna can be eaten without any sauce, which speaks volumes for their seasoning and smoking skills. Cornbread seemed to be a jalapeno-cheese cornbread. I've never had anything like that before since I'm not a big cornbread fan, and I would recommend trying it (there was a touch of that jalapeno heat). Service was excellent. I really liked the outdoor picnic tables for this place (warning: this is a food truck), but others might prefer an indoor setting. I would definitely return eat here if I travel through Springtown again because I would have liked to try the smoked wings and a few...

So I stopped by this place today while working. I was really impressed with the atmosphere.

After doing some research and asking their neighbors behind them. It was all positive. I forgot to tell them that Wicked Wrenches recommended them to me

So I ordered their large 10-person meal for my family. It was absolutely delicious. Their green beans is the best I’ve never had. Must try their Jalapeño Cheddar Sausage. This family deal consisted of:

1lb. Brisket 1lb. Sausage (we chose jalapeño cheddar) 1 whole chicken 1 rack or ribs 3 sides

All for a great value. I will say I was kind of salty with the size of the sides to feed a family of 10. HOWEVER, after eating my meal. It was enough, I’m stuffed and my family had enough and there was still plenty of everything leftover. So don’t get salty with the size of the sides. There’s plenty of food to go around.
