AGUASCALIENTES TAQUERIA — Restaurant in Texas

I love the food here. It’s easy to miss since it is on 1604 and driving at 60mph it can go unseen. Once you get to try their chip sauce you’ll be fascinated. My all time favorite is the quesadilla plate. The portions are really good. Like everything else their prices have gone up but this is understandable. They are a small family owned Restaruant who are trying to stay a float. You can always expect for a family member to be there. The service is very friendly and polite. Today I got to experience how rude people could be to servers. There was a pair of women who returned some tacos because apparently they weren’t good. Then continued to order something else. The staff was nice enough to switch out the food but it turns out the ladies didn’t like the plate that was exchanged. At this point this just taking advantage because they decided they weren’t going to pay for the food because it was not touched. They never even tried the food. This was when the manager told them that she would do as asked but they would deny service to them in the future. Like the manager said “this is not a buffet”. Here they just didn’t loose on what the food cost, the electricity, gas, and time of the cook that were put into this were lost to. Please if you are going out to eat be nice and respectful. Just because they are in the Restaruant industry serving you doesn’t mean you can treat them like nothing and think you are not going to pay for what you asked for. Be conscious that we are ALL trying to make it out here in this planet...

5-stars - I recently had the pleasure of dining at this amazing Mexican restaurant, where Lupita and her sisters provided the absolute best in both cuisine and customer service. From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with warm smiles and made to feel like part of the family.

The menu was filled with a wide variety of traditional Mexican dishes, and everything we tried was absolutely delicious. The flavors were bold and authentic, and the portions were very generous. It was clear that the sisters take great pride in the quality of their food, and it truly showed in every dish.

But what really set this restaurant apart was the exceptional level of customer service we received. Lupitas team went out of their way to make sure we were happy and satisfied, and they did it all with such warmth and grace. It was clear that they genuinely care about their customers and want everyone to have the best possible experience.

Overall, I cannot recommend this restaurant highly enough. If you are looking for delicious Mexican cuisine and outstanding customer service, look no further than this gem of a restaurant with Lupita and her sisters...

I finally got to try this place out for the first time, and it is by far, the best authentic Mexican food I've had here. Everything I tried, plus what I had, was cooked to perfection. I got to taste their poblano chicken, ranchero beef, cheese quesadilla, and my plate was the carne al pastor. The al pastor was so amazingly spiced and flavorful, especially with the grilled onions and cactus mixed into it. It was also grilled with a bit of char to it, which is how it should be imo. Everything had so much flavor it amazed me, even their beans were good, and I normally don't eat or get beans. Their salsa is by far one of the best salsas I've ever had as well. To top it all off, the service was also amazing, they were super friendly and fairly quick for being so busy.
