Arby's — Restaurant in Texas

Went through the drive through at this Arbys on Hwy 380 in Bridgeport Texas. Wrong sandwich. Went back through. Wrong sandwich. Went inside and an apparent off duty manager with blondish hair was there talking with other employees. After the on duty employee provided a refund (I was done at this point) I said, without being rude or aggressive, “you do realize what bad service this is. No apology and wrong sandwich twice” when the blondish “manager"? Barks out that’s enough, you’re being aggressive and need to leave and told me to ”have a day!” We did go back and fourth a bit and I left. Worst service and particularly the worst manager I’ve experienced in a long time! In case upper management wants to view this interaction the refund was dung up at 6:52pm on August 16, 2025. The woman in non work clothes with a red T shirt is the one who got super rude. I own a local business and occasionally swing in here to eat. Never again. I really encourage upper management to look at your video of this exchange. I know I would not keep this incompetent, rude person in my employ. NOW LETS SEE WHAT CUT AND PASTE RESPONSE I GET..... I go here every now and then to grab a bite before going to work. I ordered my usual 2 bed and cheddar with regular buns. Had a pretty good size order this morning. So I called to try and put my order in since the app doesn't work for this location. When I called I was informed that they do not take phone orders because they are not "equipped" to take them. I'm guessing putting your phone down and picking up a pen and paper is not in her job description.
