I was so excited this evening about visiting your bahama bucks with my 6 year old son and 2yr old grand daughter. I placed my online order paid and arrived at your establishment to pick up my order where I waited in the drive through line for 30 minutes to pick up our drinks. When we finally arrived at the pick up window and received our order unfortunately the order was incorrect. I explained to the young lady we did not order a Piccadilly we ordered a tigers blood. She then proceeded to print out the receipt and show me my $28.00 dollar order and how it read Piccadilly, I explained I didnt order it , and did not want it. I asked ,can I just get the tigers blood like I had ordered? She left and came back to the window and said that they would have to charge me for the Piccadilly I didn't order. I explained to her I wanted a refund for my whole order due to the fact that i had set there so long and now they want to argue and then charge me for something I didn't order. The best customer service decision in this situation would have been to apologize for the mix up and make the drink I ordered. Read moreI've been here twice in the last couple of weeks and had a poor experience with the same team member both times. None of the employees here wear nametags or identifiers but the team member is a shorter, skinny, female of what looks to be mixed race with short natural hair. Both times I've had an interaction with her she always gives a stank face or some kind of attitude when she's just doing her job. Tonight I didnt hear her call my order because they always bring the order to us at the table so I was distracted, so she shouted my order at me with a pointed look and when I got up and apologized she rolled her eyes and turned away quickly without a word. This girl behaved similarly on my first ever visit to Bahama Bucks as well, it's clear she does not have the temperament for customer facing jobs and I implore management to either give her a reality check, an attitude check, or her final paycheck because severe attitudes like that, when simple mistakes on the customers part are made, are going to run off new and returning customers like myself. Read moreI love this place, this past Friday AUG. 7, 2020 @ 7PM I went to get me a snow cone it was the worse one I ever had and I just won't go anymore after lunch time. Lunch time is about the time I get my snow cone between 12 and 3 PM but never after 5 PM because it's a different person who don't give you enough flavor which is why Im giving a 3 star not a 5 because of the service from others even though I made a friend there. I believe when I ask for EXTRA flavor they add water and make it look more like a slushy not a snow cone. I notice the one who is making the snow cone is the one that complains about the request for more flavor who also ADD WATER to my snow cone on Sunday Sept. 13th 2020 and this got me to think to buy my own machine to make my own snow cone and I purchase my flavor today from a place that sells 150 flavors.
