*Response to your reply: My personal opinions are not an attack, neither are they hurtful not demeaning, hateful nor personal. I am a consumer expressing my personal experience with your event and my review is within Google's guidelines. But you're still not addressing the frozen peach cobbler. I am also not the only person in the reviews mentioning the lack of vendors and misrepresentation of your events. If you would like to issue a refund for the 4 g.a tickets I purchased go ahead but I'm not interested in changing my review for money. Original review: What a fraud!!! We went to the "Peach Festival"...2 vendor booths does not make it a festival. This was falsely advertised. Luckily we were only out the cost of general admissions and not the "VIP" tickets (which quite frankly can't even justify the cost for what you're providing)...the "homemade" peach cobbler was frozen pie and just had 2 slices of fresh peach on top. "Margarita Bar" was a bunch of pre-mixrd margarita flavoring in containers on a table. There were no activities. This event was advertised on Facebook and they purposely turned comments off. I'm all up for supporting local working farms but not like this under false advertising and cheating people thinking they're in for a nice afternoon and nothing peach! Quite disappointed and upset and best of all they won't refund!. Avoid this "yearly festival". I could have come up with a better event myself at reasonable prices and provide more to the audience.

Great space in the middle of a ghost town. POPULATION- 0. The burger was delicious and fries were crispy. The cigar selection was plentiful for even a lady to choose. Thank you for the good time for Father’s Day weekend

Extremely disappointed. Paid 150.00 for tickets for a "hot air balloon festival". The tickets were dated for Friday 9/3, we showed up after driving over 2 hours to get there, to be told it's tomorrow, Saturday. We went back on Saturday, online it says the festival is 12-8. We were there at 2ish. At almost 6pm we left, not one hot air balloon appeared. There was a camel, 2 zebras, it was like a flea market with a helicopter. There was a"band" playing and a bar. There also was some bbq available. So 150.00 later, 8 hours of driving total and not 1 f-n hot air balloon. This is literally a scam. I hope this review helps at least one person to decide not to spend their money there. Absolutely no refunds it says on the website that you have to pre-purchase your tickets on. So, you already paid and no refunds even though it was false advertisment and they did not hold up their end of the deal. I will make sure I tell everyone I ever know to never spend money at any of your events. Even if 1 person listens, that's one less person you were able to scam out of their hard earned money. (I have never ever left a bad review for any establishment) If I could give negative stars I would!!!! The restaurant was good and the service was very friendly. DO NOT GET SCAMMED BY THESE PEOPLE!! The advertisements they have for their festivals are beautiful, I promise you, it's a big scam and you will waste your money, go else where!!!!!

Extremely disappointed. If I could give negative stars I would. Please avoid buying tickets from banker smith for their supposed festivals. They are a total scam place. They say they have donated $570,000 worth of tickets these last 2 years. This place is horrible. They are basically writing off donated tickets to supposed festivals but this is absolutely a scam., They are writing off there farm expenses/bills. There is very little to a venue and no where close to a festival. Everyone, simply look up a google review of banker smith and their festivals and everyone is saying they are a scam. Too bad I never read any of these before we tried going to the lobster festival today. Paid for pre-paid parking in order to avoid the $20 at the gate but there was no one collecting payment for parking. No vendors, food trucks or anything selling various types of lobster, etc. All they had was a lobster plate (with a vey small lobster tail) for $22 and a pizza for $18. Nothing else. The activities consisted of a corn hole board. Nothing else. This is literally a scam. I hope this review helps at least one person to decide not to spend their money there. Please stop buying tickets for this scam festivals they are putting on. Low budget events. By not buying their tickets, it sends them a message that people know they are scamming people with false advertisements and hollow expectations.

People have complained about hot air balloon festival -- no hot air balloons; peach festival with no peaches, etc. The list can go on. Don't let them get away with scamming people and taking massive tax write-offs because they say they are donating $300K/yr in tickets. This place is literally a scam/false...

Been here for a safari wine tasting, got slightly confused on information I got from eventbrite BUT if you decide to go on the safari, go to the bar first and wait for your ticket time. Safari was a good time, at the end is a small wine tasting and you can buy bottles if you'd like. I think the safari event needs a little more structure. I feel everyone was kind of confused on what to do, where to go, and when we were leaving. Good time otherwise. If you decide to go in the summer, dress appropriately. Great for kids, less than a year might be too much. Our daughter was a trooper right till the very end, but some babies may just not like it. Our safari time was 4pm-530 (hottest part of the day)

Bankersmith bar.. middle of no-where Got many places to sit, nice outdoor area with a small kids area. The structure itself is awesome with a lot of history in its bones. The roof of the main room was very interesting to me. Good bar selection and cold beer. The hospitality at this bar was really great and everyone so polite. My favorite thing, was the dang bankersmith burger. DEFINITELY MY TOP 5. Holy cow! A 50/50 beef & pork burger, dressed with lettuce, tomatoes, pickles, no sauce. I added some Mayo, and a little ketchup and that s**t slaps!) Very good burger, simplistic but far from basic. I ate it in less than 5min. So hot kind burnt the crevices of my mouth..wife had the hatch chili burger amd that was good but not good as their house burger.

5 stars on the burger and bar alone. 4 stars on the safari. Great time and good wine, needs some structure on the experience. Possibly more atvs instead of a tractor. Love this plac3 definitely going back to this bar

I wish I took photos, their all in my...

Complete and utterly disappointment!!! found event on VetTix and decided to pay the $50 per ticket for upgraded VIP tickets. website says VIP got entry, german food, unlimited drinks and "a pumpkin". paid in advanced for parking. Arrived to find parking lot full, not due to a large crowd, buy due to poor parking habits, correct parking would have allowed another 2 dozen cars to park. had to park on road shoulder and walk. Went to ticket both, guy confirms VIP tickets good for entry, food, unlimited drinks, but "only one pumpkin per family". He also advised of a Oktoberfest best dressed contest at 2:45. Entered venue, no one, not even staff dressed for Oktoberfest, not decorated for Oktoberfest, several venders on site, none relating to Oktoberfest. Made way to where band was playing, they were only saving grace for entire event!! Went to get drinks, 3 beers and a wine. Remember unlimited drinks?, Nope, wine was $11. Decided to try food, only choices included for VIP tickets was sausage on a stick or sausage on a bun, Really? both burnt and so dry that they were inedible. Decided to stay for best dressed contest, we were only one dressed for Oktoberfest, shoe-in right? could get half our entry fee back, right? Nope, just didn't have contest. Website photos and hype do not reflect actual event AT ALL! This was a complete and utter disaster of an OKTOBERFEST event. Can't vouch for other events, but this place should not promote it's self for an Oktoberfest venue. Drove back to Fredericksburg for real Oktoberfest activities. Sad!! If the event was half of what was billed and shown on website, it would have been...
