Baytown Seafood — Restaurant in Texas

Was very disappointing ordered a seafood gumbo and only had maybe 4 to 5 shrimp no other type seafood advised waitress and she took it back to the cook she came back and told me the cook said there was enough seafood in it. I then advise the waitress to change my order to just a plain cheese burger and when she brought it back I rated it 1-10 at best a 4 guess I got the cook upset. I left the waitress a 20 dollar tip it wasn't her fault she was very professional in trying to resolve the customer complaint. But I would not recommend this restaurant that probably explains why the parking lot is not pack as use to be in the pass. We enjoy going to the Baytown Seafood in Pasadena so we thought we'd enjoy this location. We were wrong the food didn't taste the same. My husband ordered boiled shrimp, they looked good but eating them was the issue. They were over boiled and the outside of the shrimp was stuck to the shrimp. It was almost impossible to eat. One of the waitstaff noticed my husband struggling to peel them and brought him a menu right away so he pick something else. I took my daughter from school to come eat at Baytown seafood for crawfish and we were the first one there this was at 4 pm. Well i ask tge waitress wzs they fresh and hot, she lied. They were luke warm abd gard to peel. After 30 minutes a family of 3 came in and order crawfish and they crawfish was SMOKING HOT, i called her over she could not explain why ours was steaming and claim she informed the manger.
