Called into order dinner for pickup for my family. Ordered a Hangover Burger, asked for no tomatoes and bacon on the side. The guy said he could do the tomatoes, but not the bacon on the side. I asked why? He said in a less than friendly tone, “we only do it one way,” I politely reminded him that his statement led me to believe otherwise, since if he only did it “one way” it wouldn’t be possible to remove the tomatoes. He barked “we only do it on or off. Not on the side!” Felt like I was in an episode of Seinfeld, and Bull Chicks has hired the “Soup Nazis!” It takes an amazing lack of competence when a “bacon on the side” request reduces your people to yelling and turn a very regular customer into a never again customer.

—— Update: See reply from corporate, evidently they are just polite “Soup Nazis.” For them to actually send a statement like the one below, stating that they are worried about someone complaining that the “burger looked small” or “the portion on the side was small,” is laughable. They actually believe that the request being denied was the actual complaint, focused on that, and chose to ignore the fact that their employee, who is supposed to represent their company in a professional manor, raised his voice at someone who was asking for a very simple request. 1st time experience was amazing! I had the cheeseburger and onion rings, which I feel is the best burger I’ve prob ever had at that price point. The meat was perfect portion, overall burger excellent size , bun was really delicious , and great fresh quality ingredients on top. The onion rings were good- crunch and freshness was there- only suggestion for the onion rings is to add the seasoning they sprinkle on top into the batter so the batter has more flavor. I stole some of my husbands French fries and i really enjoyed the fries. The bathrooms were clean, owners are super nice and friendly. Highly recommend if your in the area. Another customer was getting a milkshake and if I had not been so full from the great burger and onion rings I would have given the milkshake a try!! Definitely worth...

I had excellent customer service where we got checked up a lot. Our food came out super fast and fresh. The burger and popcorn shrimp tasted amazing! I would recommend ordering the inferno burger if you like spice. I wish I got my onions caramelized, because I do not like it raw.

The only issue I had was the inferno quesadilla which tasted bland. Wish it had more seasonings. The salsa was lacking in flavor for the dish. The lady at the front counter was nice enough to give us spicy mayo. This was a better substitute sauce for the dish instead of the salsa.

Overall, I would likely come back to try more food and desserts here if I had the chance! Thank you for giving me a great...
