C & V BBQ — Restaurant in Texas

My wife and I are from New York and we’re in town visiting family when the suggested C&V BBQ for lunch. Boy, was it a great suggestion. Hands down the best BBQ we’ve ever had. Ribs were falling off the bone, brisket melted in your mouth and the sweet tea was off the charts. When we mentioned were from New York visiting they let us sample just about everything including their homemade bbq sauce, both original and spicy which were phenomenal. Not to mention the sides of potato salad and baked beans and dessert, banana bread pudding. If you’re from the area this place is a must try and somebody needs to get Guy Fieri down there to try this place also. We’ll be back before the end of our trip. What a great experience and...

(8/29) At 56 yrs old and a fat man....these are the best ribs I have ever had....absolutely amazing!!!!! Cooked, seasoned, presented perfectly!!! The potato salad was good...but the cole slaw was amazing...there is something in it that gives this amazing after taste...unbelievable....hopefully they never leave their spot...I will be there every Friday....guaranteed!

(9/5) Came back this week, got the bbq beans and mac n cheese....DO NOT PASS UP ON EITHER OF THESE TWO SIDES....UNBELIEVABLE....

I would give C & V more than 5 stars if it were an option! I have eaten here many times and have never had a bad experience or ordered something I didn't like. The BBQ is top quality and the flavor is delicious! Today's order was a chopped baker, it was a huge potato and stuffed full! Picture included! The banana pudding is a must try too!
