I don't have much and I hadn't had the pleasure of being fiscally able to eat in the past 2 days. When I went in, as always, I said hi to the staff. They seemed friendly enough. This is the 3rd time I visited.
Despite not being helped as the only customer for a lengthy amount of time, I was still pleasant when MOLLY the "manager" came to my aide.
I asked for bbq wings and a sandwich with no mayo and no lettuce/ tomato. I could not care less about the last bit. I can pick it off.
I was given wings with Buffalo seasoning... which happens to have an ingredient I am so allergic to I could have had to go to the ER had I not noticed before I took a single bite.
I called the shop saying that I was sorry and my order was incorrect. (If it were any other flavor I would have just eaten it).
I asked if my last order for wings only could be refunded as I was on my way to work and didn't have the time to turn around. The staff member I spoke to was kind but said she was unable to help. At that time the manager MOLLY came back in the store (she seems to go in and out often leaving her only colegue alone) and the phone was passed to her. I told her the problem.
Rather than say something like "oh sorry, bring them by later and we will give you a refund/ exchange"...MOLLY chose to YELL at me right out the gate in a beyond abrasive tone. She talked to me as if i had run over her mother. She repeatedly yelled that it was my fault and she would not even consider helping (she said that in a much more inappropriate way that I do not feel comfortable repeating).
I am a social worker who works for a company that thinks it is OK to pay what they want and when..... this was all I could afford for food for the next 3 days. This was all I had (sad as that may be, it it the reality).
I am so upset and crushed.
MOLLY is only a manager and she appears to be in her late teens... she had NOTHING to gain from acting as heartless as she did (and likely does to most undeserving people) as it seems to be who she is. I hope that changes with life experience.
I hope she gets help.... somewhere far far away.

I more than likely won't buy it again with everything on it. It felt like I was eating a salad tbh. Thus was the first time in my life I eaten a Philly with those topping. I didn't taste much seasoning on the meat. I found this place while riding looking for a new spot to eat on my lunch break. I willing to give them another chance. Next time I'm getting the chickenPhilly. That look tasty. I think this place had great potential. They have all the ingredients from what I see. Just add a little seasoning and keep the philly basic. Cook the onions with the Philly instead of adding it afterwards. That will help with the seasoning. I will be back for.a second visit. It's not a bad Philly...just not what I had in mind. Read moreThis is the worst location I've been to! I've had a bad experience twice, and I'm fed up with the lazy workers who like to discriminate against others from different ethnicities! Every time I visit this location, they don't have anything, or the air fryer is broke. During my first experience, it wasn't past 8:30 pm, and the staff claimed they were closing. Therefore, they didn't serve me.
The real issue was that the staff didn't want to restart the grill and have to clean it. This location closes at 9 pm, but if you visit after 8 pm, you will not be served, or there will be an excuse as to why they can't take your order.
This time, they didn't have cheese. They didn't have fries or tots. I mean, how do you sell Philly Cheese Steaks with no cheese?
Why are they in business if they don't want to serve paying customers? I'm disgusted with Charley's! The manager/owner at this location needs to get rid of the staff. They are lazy as hell!
