Worst bbq IN TEXAS AND ANYWHERE IN THE USA !!!* This is based off food. Food alone. I’m not sure if I can add videos but if I can you’ll understand if I can’t then I’ll try to get descriptive as much as I can along with photos but photos do not show what I see and taste and smell. Firstly I ordered the two meats meal, turkey and pork ribs with an extra rib, they were out of salad some how so I got Mac and potatoes casserole. Casserole was not a potato casserole at all it was mashed potatoes. Mac n cheese was okay but both cold and it wasn’t my delivery driver he picked up food and immediately come to me in 8 min. The turkey tasted like ham and canned ham , like the kid laughable with turkey tasted exactly like that! Awful and cold, the ribs had zeroooooo sauce and were over cooked hard and cold as well. The bread was great. Then I got my wife the brisket , the brisket was exactly like my pork ribs , cold , really over cooked, and tastless and hard on the end and some parts really hard! Then I ordered a pecan pie it was good but clearly boxed cold pie, the okra was cold and tasted old everything tasted old and cold and when I say the ribs were smaller than my fingers and EVERYTHING EVEN THE PIE WAS NOT a normal slice of pie it was so small it fit my hand with lots of room and it was 5$ and change that’s terrible ! Also ordered onions and never got any . Everything was portioned for a 3 year old not an adult worst bbq in Texas and anywhere iv ever had. Just moved down here really wanted some good bbq ordered and was so disappointed im appalled they actually send this out to be served....

It seems like every time I come here they're either out of potatoes, only have one, or are confused about how many potatoes they have. Came here on a Thursday at 8:30. Ordered three potatoes, one guy said they only had one. Then as he went to the back to check on sliced beef another staff member came to the register and asked if he could help us. When I told him I was trying to order potatoes, he looked in the same cabinet as the last guy, he told me they had enough potatoes. When I was here a couple of weeks prior, on a Sunday afternoon. They told me they were out. About 15 mins later someone came in and ordered potatoes, they told her they had them. Another time I ordered on Uber eats at about 8pm and they called me and told me they were out. Also, when I ordered today, my friend ordered a 3 meat plate with 2 brisket meats and one Turkey. There were about four very fatty small slices of brisket total and a few old looking pieces of pretty dry turkey. He ordered pinto beans and they gave him baked bean and the potato salad looked old. Not sure who's in charge of the drink station as it's kind of in the gas station area but the Dr. Pepper tasted like it had no carbonation. My friend who I usually go here with, said he doesnt want to come back again as our last few experiences have been frustrating. I like the potatoes when they have them but now I'm down a friend to go here with and I'm rolling the dice on getting a potato anytime I come here. It will probably be awhile before I come back. We went last week because we had a coupon for 'Buy A 3 Meat Plate & 2 Big Yellow Cup Drinks & Get A 3 Meat Plate Free'. We were VERY DISAPPOINTED to say the least. It was $27.07. I ordered sliced & chopped brisket & burnt ends with green beans & mac & cheese. My husband ordered sliced & chopped brisket & kielbasa sausage with BBQ beans & okra. Well, he actually had to have the spicy sausage because they were out of the regular. I apparently got the last of the mac & cheese bcuz the next person was told they were out. They were also out of most other sides as they were baking them. They were also out of all the sauces except spicy. Their 'dinner roll' is a mini ciabata bread (tiny). They don't have drinks there, you have to go to the store that's connected; & they were out of all diet sodas. As far as the serving size, 3oz of each meat, not very much. You get 4oz of meat if you get a sandwich. My burnt ends were all meat & no fat or marbled meat. All of the brisket was extremely dry. I love brisket & this was not good brisket. Very disappointed in the food we paid for. Have to say we won't be back with/without a coupon. We'll make the drive to Pappas in Humble next time. Here's pics of what we received.
