Fiesta Taqueria — Restaurant in Texas

My husband and I stopped here on our way to Houston for New Year's Eve. We google searched for restaurants near us as we traveled down 45 and this one came up with great reviews. We were not disappointed! The server was AMAZING! She was so busy, but kept up with everyone and gave stupendous customer service and was smiling the entire time. Complimentary chips and salsa were really good, my husband's enchilada plate was delicious and just the right amount of food. I asked for veggie fajitas that were not on the menu. There is still good people out there, I didn’t even planned to go eat there, my truck breakdown and I needed a place to eat I called and they don’t delivered so I had to walk 30 mins to get there while I was walking a lady asked me if I’m ok I told her no than she offered to give me a ride when I get there to the restaurant. Ms Maddy (the waitress) asked me what happened and I told her, than she told her co worker to make sure that someone give me a ride back to where I came from because she shift was over. Got the bean tostada dinner plate which comes with rice and beans. It was a to-go order so I asked if chips and salsa come complimentary; she said no, so I also purchased a large side of chips and salsa.

Everything was unexpectedly flavorful - best Mexican food I've had in a while. Rice was great. Tostadas were yummy, and the salsa was tasty, a tad spicy! The chips unfortunately tasted slightly rancid: on the verge, but still good enough to eat. Beans weren't exceptional but were fine. Price was reasonable. Would come again.
