I bring my family here alot because we are new to the area. The manager Will is very rude and unpleasant he doesn't seem to grasp the concept that without customers IHOP will close and he will be unemployed. Everyone is there is very pleasant and respectful. I only have an issue whenever he's on duty. Tonight my family wanted to dine in and he was mad because we requested the table to be cleaned because it was dirty and the next available table had a dirty cup on it. The building blocks cellular service so we noticed that IHOP now shows up for WiFi and we asked if it was available for customers so that I can continue to work from my phone while we wait to be serviced. He proceeded to lie and say we dont have wifi so I asked how if it shows or do you mean to say it's no wifi for patrons he said with a smart remark that's what guest wifi is. I feel regardless of race because God created us to bleed the same it should have never been an issue that because the diner was filled with Caucasians no Hispanics or blacks that he would show off in front of them. While they proceed to laugh because we decided to leave and he got even louder like yeah you can go. As a business owner myself it is no way in HELL my employees will ever treat my customers with such disrespect. I think he needs a position away from working with the public. I will never bring my family to this...
Read more"A Fantastic Dining Experience Thanks to Lucero!"
I recently visited IHOP and had the pleasure of being served by Lucero, and I must say, it was one of the best dining experiences I've had in a while. From the moment we sat down, Lucero made us feel like we were the most important customers in the restaurant.
Her energy was warm and welcoming, and she took the time to explain the specials in a friendly and enthusiastic manner. We could tell she genuinely cared about making our experience memorable. Not only did she provide excellent service, but Lucero also anticipated our needs before we had to ask. Our drinks were always full, and she checked in at just the right times without ever being overbearing.
The food was, of course, classic IHOP—delicious and comforting—but what really stood out was the service. Lucero went above and beyond to make sure our meal was perfect, and her positive attitude really enhanced the overall atmosphere of the restaurant.
If you're lucky enough to have Lucero as your server, you're in for a treat. I will definitely be coming back for both the great food and the exceptional service....
Read more2 stars because the food was good, the service was ok. When it came to paying the bill, the waitress didn't want to give proper change. It was weird. The bill was $10.71, put out a $20, she came back with six ones. Ok, You're 3 and $.29 short. Looked at me for a couple seconds, went and brought 3 more ones. I sat there watching the rest of afc championship game for 10-15 minutes. Finally called to her attention she was still short $.29. Her response was "Oh, I didn't know you wanted that 29 cents, like I was being a cheap jerk. I replied ok, how about you give me the 71 cents. She then said I'll just give you 30 cents. It's not that I'm cheap, it's more her being a thief and insinuating I'm cheap. She beat herself out of a 5 or 6 dollar tip. I did leave the penny for the difference to make it right and, in retrospect, a dollar I now think I shouldn't have left. I notice if a restaurant is busy or slow and if I feel it's slow, I'll usually tip way over the norm. I appreciate hard working people. I DON'T Appreciate thiefs. I'll decide the tip, or more appropriately the service will...
