Imperial has some of the best tortillas I’ve ever had. They stay soft and fresh, and even if you heat them up the next day, they still taste like they’re fresh from the tortillería. The people who run the place are super nice and know what they’re doing. They don’t just sell tortillas either. On weekends, they’ve got barbacoa, carnitas, and menudo. They hook you up with homemade salsa, onions, and cilantro too. The barbacoa is really good—soft, tasty, and not greasy at all. I’m definitely going back to try the menudo and whatever else they’ve got.

Our favorite tortillas in town. We have at least 2 or 3 other tortilla places closer to us but we rather drive a few extra minutes to get them from here. They don't stick to each other and we always...
