Lake Donuts — Restaurant in Texas

My 9y/o niece kept raving about how good the donuts are at this location so I had to try it myself. I'm a Donut fanatic and I can say these donuts are fantastic. They're light, airy and very fluffy. The donuts are perfectly soft to the touch and I came around 10:40am which is usually late for most donut shops as they had a limited selection around this time. The donut quality was what stood out for me as I don't usually get donuts that soft around that time. I saw someone mention the iced coffee here is amazing so I tried out the hazelnut iced coffee. I like coming here because the food and customer service is great, but today it wasn’t great. Today there were two teens (a girl and a guy) serving and they were talking to me like if they didn’t want to be there and just gave me an attitude the whole time and I wasn’t served properly. The owners are always great with my family when we go there but not today, they need take care of that and help the two teens that were there to properly take care of...

Tried a new donut place today and was not impressed. The glazed donuts I got are definitely old/stale, not remotely fresh, and taste like they were fried in old oil. Not good at all. The ham and cheese kolache I got doesn't taste right either but I can't place what's wrong with it. The ham tastes off or doesn't go well with the dough for the kolache. I would not recommend this...
