Bad listening skills, bad verbal explanation of menu, bad attitude from the girl who took my order. Got there at 9 pm. 55 mns later I let them know that my burger was still pending. I was ignored through all 3 windows attempting to let them know my snack was wrong. The person who attended me came out to tell me “yo no me equivoco”, it seems like her biggest mistake is working at this place. The same lady came out 57 mns later to yell “the kids cannot be playing on a construction zone” that looks like a sand box.

The owner should take the time to set up construction zone signage before there’s an accident or someone reports it to the city. The tables are inches away from “the construction zone”.

I noticed the owner responds to every bad review by stating “ it’s a small business” this is an excuse to justify the rude and bad vocabulary the workers utilize when addressing customer at first sight. I visit a lot of small business restaurants and snacks and I get awesome customer service. Small businesses should have a unique way of treating their customers, I expect less from bigger businesses. I wonder if the owner is there to witness the way customers are being treated?

I understand small business is a small corporation with fewer employees and smaller income, however there was 3 employees, all were rude, disrespectful and I’m sure the customers bringing your small business moneys in these snacks and food that many others sell (there’s an array of competition) deserve...

Not going to lie.. after I had been dying to go there in person to try out all the delicious treats posted on their IG page… I left not only looking like an idiot but feeling let down lied to by untruthful pictures and posts.. WHY? Well first of all the people/family members I took and suggested WE try this place out because of pictures they shared and posts I shared from their IG page.. we went thinking that this place was worth our time and money.. let me tell u RN it’s not. I drove from McAllen to Palmview for nothing. One thing I will share is that the taco place they post with lucha something IS worth ur time and money. Tacos are good we’ll filled good tasting AND customer service is better than CALAVERITA. 1 the snacks DO NOT TASTE as good as the Posts look. 2 THEIR customer service sucks! And let me tell u they are RUDE. I had enough with the first time being their to conclude that their business is not worth my money and or time. Just an example/ they have one price listed on “their menu” u order.. ur paying and u get and X # of total that’s enough to the point where u ask isn’t this item this price? And employee says “yes”” But .. we don’t have that size anymore. Only a few.. and the X$ amount one. When.. when u ordered that was never mentioned until u urself brought up the price difference....

Service is okay, couple of new girls when we were there last. They didn't ask what kind of chips for the marranada we ordered, barely any corn, just not what my kiddo was looking for with the hot cheetos they used. Also, I get the post covid prices are up but some of their prices are a little much. $5 for small container of gushers covered in chilli powder. The kicker was the chamoy sauce came in a large sauce plastic lidded container inside making the amount of actual gushers equivalent to a fun size candy bag at best. Lastly, we ordered some nachos that when I opened the container was surprised to find had no jalapenos. They didn't even ask if we wanted any. And the cheese sauce was hard to find. It's not like it was pooled at the bottom either. Actually, there was barely any cheese sauce that made it to the bottom. I'd say maybe a fifth of the chips we did not eat because there was no sauce for them. Overall not a horrible experience but well be definitely thinking twice before making the trip here...
