Las Catrinas de Paco — Restaurant in Texas

I'm from Atlanta, go to Mexico every year, and have eaten tacos from Atlanta all the way to Panama every year.. so I'm not a expert.. but I've eaten a lot of tacos from different people.

The tacos here were good and seasoned. Prices were also good. Agua de Fresca was also fresh.

That's green salsa has a mean kick.. but I like it.

Could have done without the tostada de ceviche.. I'm not a fan if the ketchup based that many people like.. I'm like more of a citrus marinade for my ceviche.

Glad I stopped.

Also.. hard to catch.. its kind of pushed back...

Delicious food! If you havent eaten here yet, you're missing out. Live down the road from here & we got breakfast for the first time today. It's great, the food is delicious, the burritos are perfectly stuffed & the salsas are great. Had to get extra Slasa Rojo (we love it spicy). Ordered almost the whole breakfast menu. Love that the tortillas are not store bought, that definitely ups the taste. Eneveryone finished off their burritos, no complaints & no "still hungry". Cant wait to go back for lunch on my...

The food is savory and the sauces add depth of flavor (and heat) to their food. Ordered a barbacoa taco plate(for my teen), two barbacoa tacos(for myself), and a cheese quesadilla (for my little). The teen loved his plate. The meat isn't too fatty, nice chunks, and not dry. I loved the green sauce for flavor and heat. The quesadilla was perfect for my picky eater. They are pretty fast considering the lunch rush. There are drinks and snack side items to go...
