If I could give this place zero stars i would because Xavier at the front desk is a very rude young man. Y'all need to be more organized, be it can't be that hard to do so. Not only did it take forever to get the food so I had to wait in my car because the place was packed. But when I send my brother in to get the order they give him the wrong order. I go inside and Xavier then says to bring back what he had already given us which 1 is unsanitary and 2 unprofessional because it's not my fault he can't do his job right. I then go inside and I said I ordered two pepperoni pizzas why did you give me something different and he says I don't know...??? I was like how much longer for my order it's been almost an hour since I placed my order. He said I don't know and walked away like he didn't even care. Then comes back and throws my order on the counter and walks away again. If you're the one that's wrong at least apologize and thank people for their patience because you being rude and pissy for something you did wrong is not my fault as the customer.    Read moreAfter an hour and 20 minutes I cancel the order. I live in Greenbury housing division less than a half mile away from the Little Caesars location. I called and asked where my pizza was. They said that another driver took it some time ago. About 3 minutes later the tracker showed the driver leaving and then passing by my housing division. That's when I called and canceled the order. This was the first time I have attempted to order from Little Caesars in Manor. This will probably be the last. They said it would be 12 days before they would credit back my credit card charge.
Update: I was going to order a pizza from a Little Caesars in Austin Texas using the app. Apparently the Little Caesars in Manor have blocked me from making an order. No big loss for me. It only hurts the Little Caesars franchise.

I asked the cashier if it was possible to add sauce to the pepperoni bread and he confirmed that he would make it for me! He said that it would be about 15 minutes. I went to go wait in my car 15 minutes right outside the store. After waiting, I come back in the store and he mentioned that his manager stopped him from making it and said that she would not allow that. I asked to speak with the manager, and she only spoke Spanish. I tried using Google translate and she said it ended at two and they were not gonna be able to make any accommodations. They already wasted my time! I wasnât asking for the price of the lunch special. I just didnât want a full pizza.
