The quality of Maribea chocolate is outstanding. I was unaware that chocolate, made with the same process and ingredients, could hold so many unique notes of flavor. It somehow feels like every Maribea chocolate is still alive and telling its story, something completely lost in all commercial chocolate. — We visited the shop and had an extraordinary experience. They offered us a tour of the building, explained their chocolate making process, answered all our questions, and provided an elaborate chocolate tasting experience… all on a whim, just minutes before their closing.

I met the owners and tasted the chocolate at the Parks Legado Farmers Market. I tried two AMAZING samples and bought a beautifully packaged box of chocolate cherries. I’m currently resisting the urge to finish the whole thing in one sitting.

They feature many diffrent flavors of dark chocolate that taste amazing, however the best part of this store is the people and the amazing service. They do offer tours through the chocolate making process from bean to bar that is simply amazing and informative. This place is a hidden gem that I am grateful to have found and will definitely be on my must visit list everytime visiting Odessa. Just FYI Google maps will take you through a residential area which will have you wondering what you are getting into. We loved the white chocolate! The Bourban chocolate was my husbands favorite! Then the chocolate from Peru was my favorite!
