Novas Tex-Mex Fusion BBQ — Restaurant in Texas

Great food and staff! We ate here multiple times over an event weekend and it did not disappoint. The BBQ is great, most of our team had BBQ meat plates for dinner and BBQ sandwiches for lunch. The breakfast burritos are delightful, customizable, and filling. The agua frescas are sweet and flavorful, especially after multiple hours in the Texas sun. The staff was super kind and accommodating, packaging everything we ordered so we'd be able to carry it all and it would survive the walk back. This place is amazing! The BBQ is worth its price. Especially for how close it's to me. It's always a treat to meet the owner/cook of the BBQ I eat. The owner was very friendly and left me with a positive feeling. You can tell he likes to feed people. (That's a great thing IMO). My old lady visited today. She and my father got some brisket sandwiches. She didn't expect them to be toasted, and fyi she's not someone who handles change well lol. But she actually enjoyed the sandwich. Came all the way from denver for this!! Just kidding but definitely worth a trip no matter where your coming from. Stopped in after leaving the airport, got some nachos with brisket... I thought I made some good brisket but man this is seriously some good stuff... the guy who runs it is amazing, had a 20 minute conversation with him about smoking meats and other random stuff.. Ive been missing me some texas hospitality. Dont miss out on this place. Nothing in denver or anywhere else can compare to the flavor...
