Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Texas

Stopped in for dinner on a busy Saturday night and honestly I was blown away by how smooth everything went. The app completely messed up my order and even charged me without sending it to the store. Luckily the manager, Monte, stepped in right away. He was incredibly respectful and empathetic the whole time, making sure I didn’t feel brushed off or ignored. He personally helped me get in touch with Pizza Hut support and made sure I was taken care of. The food still came out fast and the pizza was one of the best I’ve had from Pizza Hut in a long time. I also want to thank the rest of the staff because I could tell they were working hard to keep up with the Saturday rush. This Pizza Hut is absolutely disgusting. I used to work there and the managers Jacob and Sarah would pick toppings out of the line with no gloves and eat it, I and multiple other employees witnessed the general manager drink on the job. I have videos of ranch being squirted onto a manager and getting all over the floor, floors were mopped with dirty water, dishes if they fell on the floor were put back, if toppings were forgotten, they would simply put them cold on top at the end. If wings were short, they were not corrected, just sent out and told “it’s fine”. They constantly purposely ignored phone calls, bc they didn’t feel like it. I decided to give this place another chance order three pizzas 16 piece boneless wings which come with a double order fries. When I received my order, there was only one order of fries so I called the restaurant and had a manager swear up and down that she put two orders of fries and one container, even though I knew that was not true based on what I was seeing and what the order showed when I ordered it. I spent almost $100 on this order for them to cheap out on an order.
