Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Texas

I should’ve listened to the reviews. Just moved out this way and wanted something quick for my daughter. They do use Door Dash. If I knew every delivery was through door dash, I would’ve downloaded door dash so I could leave a review for Phoebe. My daughter was hungry and I saw that the whole delivery was going to take 35 minutes. No issue. Pizza Hut is about 2.5 miles away but I do not like driving around at night with my toddler. When it said she was on her way it shot from 9 minutes to 23 minutes! So, I called to make sure she wasn’t lost. As soon as I called she had an attitude and made it seem like she knew what she was doing when I was trying to explain to her the first time that our address is new however it does show up on Google maps and waze. She ended up calling back after maybe 15-20 minutes asking where we are. She said she saw trailers, I told her we live in a neighborhood of houses near a certain road that she was familiar with. If someone didn’t act like they knew it all and listened, we could’ve avoided that. I placed my order at 4:48pm and Phoebe didn’t make it here until 6:00pm as soon as the Door Dash company called me to say she was on her way. I’m expecting to dig into some delicious food when it FINALLY got there. But no. It was COLD and the pizza was so flat. The pasta I ordered had all of that stuff in it but yet it was dry and I had to add my own seasonings to it to make it actually taste like something. These cheese sticks that I got with the pasta was like regular bread sticks… dry as well. I spent 53.21 here. And it was...

I called this pizza hut at about noon on a Tuesday trying to order for pickup. My call was rudely answered by a lady there who said you will have to call our call center as I am too busy to take your order. I have never been told I am too busy to sell you our product! How ridiculous is this? Don’t even get me started on how you have to call a call center which is far away to order pizza locally from your nearest pizza hut. What a way to cut jobs and completely destroy what little customer service skills your employees did have, as you see here when greeted with I am too busy to take your order. What a joke! I rarely attempt ordering from this terrible franchise as the only thing they have that I crave is the stuffed crust pizza which now I will no longer even attempt to order from this or any pizza hut again with this pathetic customer service. When finally an employee picks up the phone they very rudely tell you they are too busy! How is this company still in business? Also now they are charging you for packets of cheese or pepper which used to be included with the already grossly overpriced products they sometimes sell when it is convenient for them to take an order. I will from now on not give my business to pizza hut as well as I will tell all family, friends, an coworkers and anyone else who will listen to buy...

Called last night ordered 3 large pizzas 2 bbq chicken and 1 supreme total was 77 dollars which was outrageous any ways but an hour went by still no pizza I called was told it would be delivered in 6 mins 17 mins later called back and was told it'll be here in another 15 mins 20 mins later still no pizza called back someone at the new caney store finally answered and said well I am the only one in the store and we have 1 delivery driver delivery times are an hour and fifteen mins well noone told me that when I ordered but ok she said yours is the next order to be delivered it'll be there in 15 mins after we. Hang up even after calling a bunch of times she didn't even offer to discount my order or nothing I had been very patient needless to say another 26 mins went by and still no pizza so I called back this time I told them to just cancel my order and I'd jus go somewhere else. I had a four ur old here. Hungry we done waited a while and by then who wants to pay 77 dollars for cold pizza y'all need to let your call center know when you only have one in the store and.
