Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Texas

I have ordered here before with no issues, but today was not acceptable. I placed an order online for carry out, and when I checked the food, I was very disappointed. Breadsticks had no seasoning like they usually do. They were straight plain sticks. When I questioned the gentleman, he stated they ran out of seasoning for them. I said ok, but I am also missing an order because I ordered 2 with marinara. He proceeded to tell me that they didn't have any more sauce and he could do the breadsticks, but they would be plain. I said well I don't even want them if they are plain. Can you take them back and not charge me. He then called over a lady . The lady walked from the back of the kitchen and had a DOG in her hands! I was shocked and said why do you have a Dog in a kitchen where people prep and cook other peoples food?? She didn't answer why she had a dog, but magically, they had seasoning for the breadsticks and marinara sauce. At this point, I didn't even want any of it. Lady again would not acknowledge why a dog was in a pizza hut kitchen and just walked out and sat in her vehicle. One gentleman inside was apologetic for what took place. I feel like they just didn't want to fix the mistake that was made. I can get over a wrong order, but the thought of a lady holding a dog where food is being prepared just put me on edge. Ok so normally I don't eat at pi?za hut but as a special request of my daughter we decided to call our order in to pizza hut by our house. I was assured it would be 20 mins so I waited 30 to leave. When I got there the guy who took my order couldn't even figure out what order is mine. I waited an additional hour when my food was ready cause he had no idea what was going on as everyone else was doing their best to get orders out. I wouldn't usually complain as I've worked this industry but more training needs to be put in place. As everyone else was moving to get stuff our he stood at the register/computer acting like he was doing something but I know he was staring at a blank screen. Step it up. Only ever get delivery they are not the best but not the worst. Cheese sticks are so over cooked you almost can't chew them! "Special seasoned Cajun style wings" is just basic over cooked dry wings with slap your momma dumped into the container randomly. Pizza isn't bad, actually if they make your order correctly -I have no gallbladder and can't handle spicy but my husband loves spicy. At least once a month (we order delivery from them a lot) I pay alot of money for what should be one extra spicy pizza and two non spicy pizzas and receive 3 extra spicy pizzas. My 5 yr old gets so excited when our delivery comes only to find he can't eat cause the order is wrong again and he has to wait another hour for them to remake and redelivery it ,...
