It was our first time here and our server, Jason, was extremely nice and patient with us. We ended up getting the lb of buffalo wings, which, thankfully, they are bone in. They are tasty and has the right amount of Buffalo sauce on them. Unfortunately, they were soggy and cold. The ranch is okay but the wings are tasty enough to eat them plain. The house salad was huge but had a great amount of greens and a couple of cherry tomatoes. The all nite burger was terrible! I get it's grilled but this was full in burnt. It had an off flavor to it. Other than that there are absolutely no seasonings not even salt or pepper. The american cheese slices were not melted and was like a government cheese style. The fries were alright but cold. Overall, the food is not worth the price. You can tell all the food is pre-made and just sitting there waiting to be plated. There are the same style wings and prices ($19.99 lb) at Grande Pizza in the Market place which taste spectacular! They are made to order so they are piping hot and crispy!

Could Be So Much Better It’s disappointing when you know a place has great potential but continues to miss the mark. Red Sky Grill nails the presentation, but the temperature of the food consistently falls short. Dishes meant to be served cold arrive at room temperature, and hot items come out barely warm. This suggests food is prepped too far in advance without proper temperature control—something that has been an ongoing issue for years. I’m sharing this in hopes that management finally takes steps to improve. On a positive note, our server Erika provided excellent service and made the front-of-house experience pleasant and professional. Thank you, Erika.

Most horrific dining experience I've EVER had. The only good thing was our waitress Olga. Salad was wilted. Veggies old and stale. Everything was served warm or cold. MAYO had a film on it. $61 wasted. Hostess only gave us one menu. When we asked for another, we were told only one per table. This is at the Lucky Eagle Casino on Kickapoo land. Complaints are squashed. If you're hungry, eat at the food court. Much safer, tasty, hot food there and very friendly folks.

A little confusion at the Red Sky Grill entrance.  Two people facing the entrance were busy doing accounting work & ignored us  altogether.  An unenthusiastic   male waiter met us and led us to a table.   Immediately, thereafter,  a friendly bubbly  waitress was on the spot and helped us through the menu.  My wife ordered a  beef brisquet plate   with two sides & I opted for the smoked half chicken with cream corn and cold slaw.   Each side  was served   in its  unique serving container -   cold slaw was served in a tall tin bucket & the cream corn in a small iron skillet.  All food items  were on a tray underpinned with butcher paper.  Added a slice of pecan pie for dessert.  Wanted it topped with ice cream but there was none.   Glad to see they had  added whipped cream on the pie plate.  Both of us had received a promotion of  50% off of food from the Lucky Eagle Hotel/Casino so our total bill was around $15.    My wife thought their  brisquet was slightly dry.   The decor is nice.  Good atmosphere.   The price, with or without  discounted vouchers,  is a bargain at the...

If I could rate them negative stars I would! Went there for dinner expecting a nice dinner before my evening. First it took 15 minutes before any waitress came to get our drink order in a place that wasn’t that busy I was irritate but let it go! Ordered an appetizer it was awful and cold! That was the last time I saw my waitress until it was bill time! when someone else brought out our steaks the entire meal was cold and dry the macaroni tasted like cardboard and the cream corn had so much sour cream you couldn’t even taste the corn. The steaks were dry and over cooked but I couldn’t get anyone’s attention! I had to get the hostess to refill our drinks because again our waitress couldn’t be bothered to come check on us! She magically popped up when it was time for the check! I couldn’t have been more disappointed in an experience and a meal! I would never recommend this place...
