Sonic Drive-In — Restaurant in Texas

I have been living in this area for 11yrs and the sonic on 15605 fm 968 west is the worst place I have ever experienced. I use to get my breakfast there on my way to work until on several different occasions I had to deal with an older Caucasian lady, she has one of the worst attitudes and talks to customers with no respect. I stoped eating there in the mornings just to save the sanity of making the rest of my day go bad. I started grabbing something to eat there on my way home from work because it was convenient with getting gas and other things. But on two different occasions I was left standing at the register for minutes at a time, not being greeted, or acknowledged. The assistant manager that’s always working the front went on about his night making ice cream and drinks but looked right at me. Finally when he decided to come take my order the only thing he said was ( what’s the name on the order?) excuse me, not an excuse me for the wait, sorry we took so long, hello how are you??? Nothing. Noticing he still had the gloves on he made peoples food with and now touching the computer screen was beyond me at that point. I did not order or will I never order there again. And let me make this clear, there has been more times then I can count that I have seen know one washing there hands, or changing there gloves. There customer service is at a zero. And being that this location is in 1-20 all kids of people come thru here, this is not acceptable and after 11yrs u would think things would...

I don't know what's going on with Sonic, and I keep shooting myself in the foot. I've been eating at Sonic since I was a kid, and I've never really had a bad experience before. However, in the last couple years it seems like the quality of food has just gone downhill. The fries and tater tots have this weird taste about them that is just not appetizing. It's almost like they never clean their fryers. I tried a smashburger and was disappointed, as it did not taste very good. I just don't understand why the subpar food. I told myself 6 months ago that I was stopped eating at Sonic because of the food and how bad it tasted. I gave it a shot a couple weeks ago and still very disappointed. I guess that would be the last time I ever eat at Sonic again.

However I must say that the staff and employees were very professional and courteous. They did their job quite well, however for whatever reason they did not include napkins. Which I'm starting to see is becoming more common in the fast food industry. So if you still plan on eating at Sonic, be sure to ask for napkins because they're probably not going to put in...

I was just at the Sonic at 15605 FM 968 W. LONGVIEW, TEXAS where I was standing in line trying to order drinks for my family while traveling. A women walked in front of me and cut the line to be next to order. I told the customer service women named Mary 3 times very loud that I was next in line and she cut and she ignored me and continued to take her order and cash her while laughing at me. I felt extremely embarrassed, disrespected, and not valued as a customer. Her co worker was staring at her doing this while not acknowledging what was happening. There was a male manager in a red shirt standing right by and didn't say a word. When he handed me my food, he chuckled and told me to have a sonfastic day. I don't find it funny that they allowed someone to cut the line and take her order. I find it extremely rude and disrespectful. I am disappointed in my sonic experience and it's just point blank unacceptable behavior. She is going to continue to treat people this way if you don't do something. I had customers coming over and apologizing for what happened but not one single employee did.
