If I could zero stars I would. I have gone to this location twice and they were closed when they should have been open. I waited about 5 minutes to be served when a young lady yelled from a door that they were closed. I was confused because it was one about 3pm and they don't close until 8pm based on the website. I asked what are the hours? She repeated that they were closed. I asked why when you're supposed to open. She said to restock or something like that. It was hard to understand her from the distance she was talking to me and wearing a mask. She should have come to speak to me. I then asked when do open back up? I got no answer. She turned away from me like I didn't just ask a question. I have tried to go online to file a complaint and the 'Contact Us' link doesn't work. I called the Circle K store that Subway is located in and was given the 'managers' number. I don't know of it is or not because it went straight to voicemail. I did leave a message but don't expect to hear back. If they are going to close for a certain amount of time they should hang up a sign to read that to keep this from...

When the young lady finally popped up from wherever she was, I asked about my online order. She told me she hadn't made it and that I would have to wait since everyone else in line took priority besides my online order i placed at this point 40 minutes ago. When it was finally my turn to have my order started on not only was there only roast beet and steak as your choice of protein, but the toaster didn't work, and there were numerous flies flying around. Positive, that is a health code violation. when I asked for a refund. I was told she only started a week ago and didn't know how to cancel orders. I have been calling since 4 pm and at this point it is now 9:30 pm. Where the hell is the manager or owner of the franchise because I want my money back for food I never received, and sad that tomorrow is memorial day but I can wait until Tuesday to call the health department on this store. This is the 3rd time I have been disappointed I wanted to give them a chance but 3 shame on me..
You order online and expect to get your order ready after 30 min, NOT!!! You have to wait an additional 20 min this has happened 3 times... you get home and the entire order is wrong whether it's no oil & vinegar then you get cheese when you are deadly allergic to cheese.
The staff don't care and I don't blame them entirely they don't have enough staff honestly it's the owners inability to get involved. This location is a money maker with Tesla just being down the street.
Come on now OWNER(S) shut it down and let another business open up that actually want to succeed
