Worst service I have every received in a subway and thats saying alot seeing how I eat daily at a Subway ran by kids at EPCC who dont always have the best of manners.
First off I asked for a chicken wrap, when she asked what kind of chicken pointed and it and said that one please. To which she said with an attitude "Oh well that one comes with bacon so I have to charge you whether you get bacon or not" am like thats fine.
Then she asked for the cheese to which I said "provolone please" when i asked if I could please get more cheese she reply "well thats gona cost you more", am like thats fine and she literrally threw more cheese on the wrap like if it bugged her that I was willing to pay for more cheese!
After that came the veggies, I asked for avocado spread. To which she made a rude noise with her teeth and took the cheese off to add the avocado, once that was over and she added the rest of the veggies I asked for Mayo. OMG that was a bad idea! She proceeded to put very little, when I asked " could I please have a LITTLE more". She looked at me like really? And literrally bathe the whole thing with mayonnaise, even though i said a little and as she was pouring on I said "thats fine" she just ignored me and added more. Then the oil and vinager was the same way she just poured it on and finished it iff how2she saw fit and wrapped!
Attitude, horrible customer service, rude behavior, this lady really did not want to be here and I got the short end of the stick! This si what you get by coming to this place, drive a little further and save yourself the headache and...

The reason I am giving this only 1 star is because I found black mold on my ice after consuming a soda today. I wish I had noticed before I ate so I could have returned everything and received a full refund. The worker I spoke to told me their boss would offer me a refund on the soda. After I consumed mold from their soda, a full refund should have been offered. The service and atmosphere are exactly what you expect from a subway. Read moreBEWARE this place is scamming uber orders by putting less meat and cheese on their orders. On my hot honey pepperoni sandwich i got 8 slices of pepperoni and 3 slices of provolone on a footlong. This needs to be investigated. Truly upsetting specially since I ordered no veggies on the sandwich. My sandwiches were also obviously messy and handled with no care.
