Subway — Restaurant in Texas

If you ever come here and see a short guy with a beard behind the counter, turn around and walk right back to your car. This is the MOST incompetent employee I have ever dealt with in any subway i've been to. Not only was he talking on the phone during the entire time he was taking my order, he was also saying racist slurs over the phone right in front of me. I had a coupon that would not scan for some reason, and he had the audacity to tell me he didn't know what to do and tried to charge me full price for two sandwiches when one was supposed to be free. He said he would "Hook me up" and took $3 off the meal. I ended up walking out empty handed because by the time he was done on the phone my sandwiches had been sitting there for 10 minutes, cold. I asked for both of my sandwiches to be made the exact same way, so tell me why he decided to put American cheese on one of my sandwiches when I asked for pepperjack, then told me I asked for American. Granted, I know American and pepper jack sound like pretty much the same word, but come on. Never going back to this subway as long as this employee is...

As much as i love subway this last time i was disappointed. I ordered a subway club and the meat that was on it was turkey and bologna. the sandwich isn't supposed to have bologna on it! i came because it said it was under new management but that really upset me that i wasn't given what i ordered. i'm going to cut slack though because i think the person working the subway was training but just giving a heads up. hopefully its better when i come...

Tonight she was a little bit busy...but she was cool, calm and very professional. She took care of each customer as she was done taking each order...then went to next as their order was being toasted or something. I've gone here 2 other times B4...and I'll say I rather this girl be the one to take care of my meal / meals. Great job Miss.!! Keep up...
