If you ever come here and see a short guy with a beard behind the counter, turn around and walk right back to your car. This is the MOST incompetent employee I have ever dealt with in any subway i've been to. Not only was he talking on the phone during the entire time he was taking my order, he was also saying racist slurs over the phone right in front of me. I had a coupon that would not scan for some reason, and he had the audacity to tell me he didn't know what to do and tried to charge me full price for two sandwiches when one was supposed to be free. He said he would "Hook me up" and took $3 off the meal. I ended up walking out empty handed because by the time he was done on the phone my sandwiches had been sitting there for 10 minutes, cold. I asked for both of my sandwiches to be made the exact same way, so tell me why he decided to put American cheese on one of my sandwiches when I asked for pepperjack, then told me I asked for American. She took care of each customer as she was done taking each order...then went to next as their order was being toasted or something.
