Horrible customer service I asked for Multigrain not white also asked for 6 in and got a ft long. The foot long wasnt that big of a problem it was the white bread that was the problem. I dont eat white bread. Waste of money. When I noticed the mistake and called them they where outright rude to me on the phone. They didn't even offer to fix their mistakes. Instead they put all the blame on me for not noticing until I got to my clients house. They even called me rude for pointing out their mistakes. They also hung up on me twice over the phone. Even when I was able to return the sandwich uneaten in person they still wanted to just make Excuses and not even offer to fix the mistake. The whole Ordeal cost me the chance of having dinner tonight. It also cost me $11.10 right now every penny has to count. I don't eat past 8pm. So now I will be going...

If I could I wouldn't give this place any stars. I ordered dinner tonight through door dash close to 7pm. Well I get a call and it's my dash driver. Apparently they had no chicken, cheese, or the Italian bread to make my husband's sandwich. She asked if there is something else we wanted, my husband asked for the meatball sub with parmesan cheese. Well then I get another call and they don't have that either. She told me the guy working was really rude to her. Well we canceled the sandwich but I still got the salad I wanted. Well when I got it you could tell some pieces of lettuce was brown and spoiled. I couldn't eat that. I called the store and he just told me he couldn't do anything about it since we ordered through door dash. He was rude and never offered up an apology. Never will I ever order from there again. ...

Very unhappy customer here because I did not receive the order but they charged my credit card. The employees are not trained and clearly do not know how to operate the customer service. I placed an online order on April 30, 2020, it was successful. When I went to pick up the order, I was told that the ingredients needed to prepare the subs are not available. Therefore the order will be cancelled and the amount will be refunded to the credit cared used to place the order. Up to today, there is no refund. I have been calling the restaurant but no answer to my calls. They took my money and did not provide me the subs. I would like to support the local restaurants but this is fraud. Please be aware. If they return my call or refund my money, I will revise this...
