Subway — Restaurant in Texas

I have only ever been disappointed twice by going into a Subway in all the years I have been enjoying the food and friendly employees. The only disappoints were once I was too late for the soup of the day. It was so popular they actually ran out. Better luck next time! And the local store I had found after returning to my home town for a time had moved to a new location too far away to go to. The food is always outstanding when I have visited any Subway location and my LH husband Victor, liked their Steak and Cheese Sub so much he would suggest Subways for dinner or after work instead of making a steak and baked potato.

Wasn't able to order food due to the extremely long line. Employee's were either overwhelmed or not trained well. However you can't expect the world from a Subway located inside a truck stop. There was no where to sit if you did want to wait in line and possibly eat there before continuing on the road. But around this specific stop there's nothing to really choose from. Hopefully I just caught the on an extremely bad day. Due to the fact they were overwhelmed and understaffed, this review is solely based on presentation and not quality of food. Clean enviroment. Watched the worker AMANDA check out a customer in front of me, with gloves on, grab his debit card and play with the customer side of the debit machine, and then go right into making my sandwhich. Asked her to change her gloves and she ignored me and went right on with making my sandwhich. Management: please retrain this employee that that handling debit cards/debit machines and doors are not to be done with the same gloves you make a persons food with. No pretzles at this location even though the sign is bigger than Dallas that they are sold at this location...
