I'm not sure why Mr. Ray Anderson would give Kelly's Cakes a one-star review just because she doesn't make sugar-free cakes. That's not her speciality and she has never claimed to make sugar-free cakes. I can understand his frustration of having difficulty finding a baker to make sugar-free, but it's not Kelly's fault that she doesn't offer what he is looking for.
