Taqueria Ramirez — Restaurant in Texas

Last night my parents ordered, and in the order they didn't give us a torta and papa but they still charged it. My mom called and while talking to Juan Ramirez, a woman speaking in the background called her a liar. Mr Ramirez said no problem, we can jusf pick it up the next day (10/7) since we live far and were already home when we noticed the mistake. So today we went to pick up our papa and torta, and decided to order 2 extra orders of tacos AND THEY CHARGED US THE PAPA AND TORTA AGAIN! The food is good here, I've never been one to complain, never had mishaps like this which is why I'm very disappointed in them. This is now 2020 and this taqueria has started the year wrong with me they sold me some tacos that tasted like a day or so and that would have been ok if they would have sold to me for half price or at least give the option to buy the old for half price or a new order for regular price but they gave the old order for regular price thinking I wasn't going to notice the difference between old heated tacos and a fresh one I mean come on people. Drove past it, since their was vehicles we decided to stop and give it a try. Food wise this place exceeded my expectations, everything was very good. I ordered a combo of tacos two of which were of tripa, the tripa was fried with very good seasoning (so flavorful I barely added any lime or salsa).
