Other than the fact of not being able to find help, this place has been great the 3 years that we have lived down the street. Our guests request it when they are visiting because they all love it. I’m so confused about some of the reviews on here. Personally I don’t think it’s ok to give a bad review on one instance that you chose to not talk to management about, but that’s me. I understand what it’s like to be a business owner and get “bad reviews” and never get the chance to make it better. We have had one bad experience out of dozens of orders and quickly we were given a full credit for the entire meal when the problem was with less than half of the order! That is amazing customer service! We love the pizza, crust is awesome, always lots of cheese, in fact I order mine light on cheese. The sandwiches are also very good, and the toasted ravioli are the best we have had. They always over estimate the time so you get it sooner than...

What a great surprise out here! (To preface: I’m rating this on the city it’s located.) We will still drive across the lake to our favorite in DFW-but for Rockwall this is the top pizza choice. The dough is a great surprise. Tender and fluffy. Bravo! The sauce is on the sweet side but there is a place for sweet sauce on the spectrum. Works beautifully with banana peppers or olives. Preference and choice is beautiful, folx! The toppings were perfectly portioned IMO, but then again we don’t want them falling/pouring off our bland dough like other Rockwallians (mmhmm, I said it). **Edit.. The manager reached out to me and apologized for my disappointing experience and offered to make it right. He was really nice and I appreciate that so much. I will definitely give them another chance.

I got a 16 inch pepperoni and green pepper pizza. Maybe It was an off day,I don’t know. The dough had no stability or any real flavor. When you picked up a slice it immediately just hung there. They also didn’t put enough toppings on and the green peppers were all shriveled up and tasteless. It was honestly pretty disappointing as this was my first time here and the reviews are pretty good.
