The Pizza Bistro — Restaurant in Texas

Let me say that I hate to have to do this but am unsure how else to get the point across to ownership/management. We generally order from here at least 2-3 times a month; however, tonight’s order may unfortunately our last. Three times in the last two months, we have had to return delivered pizza to the store due to the crust not being fully cooked. Each time, an apology from the young people who are left in charge and seem unfazed by the ramifications of serving people uncooked food, and a “promise” that it won’t happen again. Tonight after doing all the cooking on Thanksgiving, we opted for the easy dinner for our visiting family and friends. What I received was a pizza with half its toppings smeared into the corner of the box and four pizzas with squishy, almost translucent areas of dough that you couldn’t even pick up out of the box without the toppings sliding off…unappetizing is a nice way to put it. So immediately back in the car I went to come sit in the store for 30 minutes after waiting for an hour for the initial order. Again, this was an almost weekly staple in our house for years but if the customer is the quality control measure for your business, then something is severely wrong. It’s unfortunate because they’re local and convenient to our home, but the ambivalence to the customer experience and quality products is unacceptable for me to continue to be a proponent for their business.

Once I got back home with the re-made food there was hair in one of the pizzas that definitely looks the hair of one of the workers tonight,...

today was my first time trying Pizza bistro Unfortunately it will be my last time as well I ordered a medium pizza that was way way too small it was also very soggy the bread from the pizza should be a bit crispy this pizza was completely soggy loaded with cheese with giant pepperonis maybe six pepperonis overpriced it was absolutely horrible and the pasta I thought would have been better but it tasted like a TV dinner the bread that was wrapped in foil was like I have a sub roll it was soggy it look like a cheap piece of sub bread it also smell burnt it had a burnt taste to it unfortunately the food was pretty bad overpriced and I’m not going back I wanted to try something different but I think Pizza Hut is the one for me I get my moneys worth my food and it’s absolutely delicious not soggy and it doesn’t taste like it’s a microwavable dinner that is my assessment on pizza bistro unfortunately I will not be returning It also felt uncomfortable when I was paying there was about six employees by the register just talking and just staring at me I kind of felt uncomfortable it seemed a bit unprofessional to have all those people just standing up there talking and not being professional but at the end of the day I gave this place an opportunity and unfortunately it did not impress me the size of that pizza was possibly the size of a cookie that you would purchase from Pizza Hut it was a small box and that is too much money for bad food maybe in the future they’ll get a better cook good luck Pizza bistro I’m sticking...

I've giving this place 3 chancea and all 3 chances were a fail. The first time I went i was skimped out in the sidewinder frys which I was looking forward too. The 2nd time I went I placed an order and waited waaaay too long for my 2 pizzas so they gave me a free medium 1 topping coupon. Cool. So today I redeemed it and got my kids a cheese pizza with Alfredo sauce and XL Pioneer adding half with mushroom and blk olives. They had trouble with redeeming the coupon and the young lady asked if I printed it out. It was in the form of a business card that she handed me last time I was there lol well there was a overloaded amount of toppings and way to much cheese. The cheese didn't fully melt. It was still in it's shredded form and the dough wasn't fully cooked all the way. I had to put it back in the over. It's convenient since right across the street from me but no more. Maybe it needs new management since they're all young but I'll either order delivery or go the distance in the future. Im not saying stay away from the place but I'll put my money elsewhere and know what I'm getting is worth the...
