Theodore Roosevelt DFAC — Restaurant in Texas

IMPORTANT they under cook everyday if you go at the last 30 minute before closed you most likely not going to get anything.

This Dfac is the worst dfac i have been to in my 3 year of army service. Even the field dfac at Arizona border serve better than them.

If this is your closest dfac to you and you dont have a transportation. All i can say is i am sorry.But if you do have a transportation just drive to a different dfac.

The biggest Issue with this defac is it not being open reliably for breakfast lunch and dinner. We are required to pay for the defac, and it is unacceptable for it to not be accessible for all 3 meals. This isn't just bad for convenience, it's bad for younger enlisted personal in general. We do not make enough to buy randomly be forced to buy jack in the box for dinner because the defac isn't properly managed.
