Timber's Grille — Restaurant in Texas

Went there while visiting the Naskila Casino on a weekend. The restaurant is on the premises of the casino. We ordered a Cheesesteak egg rolls and a Naskila Burger. At the beginning we were served with Complimentary bread and whipped butter.

The Cheesesteak egg rolls were 2 large egg rolls cut in halves (so total 4 pieces). The sauce that comes with the eggrolls were too delicious. The french fries provided with the burger was crispier. Fresh tomatoes, juicy burger patty and the burger bun were just splendid.

The first time dining in the service was great. Today not so well. Chyrel came and took the food and drink order. Took 15 minutes to bring back drinks. Along with the bread that I requested. Refilled drinks once. After that she never came back to check on us. Two different tables were seated after us and received their food first. Finally Britnie came over and brought our food to the table and assisted with the rest of our needs. She was not our waitress but she went ahead and continued to take care of us. Horrible customer service. Let me break it down specifically; there was an older Caucasian lady who whispered to another lady “go get that table back there” we are black so the whole time we were there she kept looking at us out of the corner of her eye in disregard. Here’s the kicker , the table right next to us had 2 Caucasian guests come in next and the older lady politely took their order.
