I bought a beef head for the barbacoa and the head was completely bone no meat whatsoever.. like if it was a little overcooked and all the meat just fell of the bone. But they could have put the meat in the bag instead of them keeping it. The head was also dried up inside. Bad experience I will never go again. Too expensive for the crap they sell $100.00
