I hadnāt visited this store in years, despite living just across the street. Yesterday, I decided to give it a try and ordered a quesadilla, but their machine was down. I also attempted to order a sandwich, but they were out of bread or something. Today, I went through the drive-thru and requested a wrapāwhat I had received the day beforeābut again, they were out of something, tortillas. I made a lighthearted comment about their inventory issues, only for a manager to take over the intercom and start yelling at me. I was taken aback, especially since Iāve made similar comments at other places without any issue. Clearly, my comment hit a nerve.
After leaving, I checked online and found numerous reviews about poor service, a rude manager, dirty conditions, and inventory problemsāissues I had experienced myself. Although my visit yesterday was otherwise pleasant, with a friendly cashier and a clean store, I couldnāt get the items I wanted on two separate occasions. Given the persistent inventory problems and unprofessional behavior I encountered, I feel my comment was justified.
If the manager who yelled at me is responsible for inventory, they need to be reassigned or let go. Effective inventory management is crucial for business success, and yelling at customers is never acceptable. As a business owner with years of experience in the food service industry, Iāve never encountered such unprofessionalism that was tolerated. The storeās repeated failures to stock basic items and the poor customer service suggest serious issues. Itās disappointing to see a franchise with such potential being poorly managed. If things donāt improve, I fear this location might end up like the BBQ place in the strip and close down. I hope something better will eventually take its place.
Chic Fil A had my wrap by the way! You're a small fish in a big pond. Small mom and pop businesses like this that want to compete cannot afford to be turn off.

Every time, we go to the cafe, they have a new staff and they don't really know what they are doing. This week, it has been very bad experience for us. the lady in pink claimed herself as a manager. When we walked in, we felt the chaotic in the stores already, she had a bad attitude and when she served, she was rude. She pounded the glass container to the base of the blender when she made the smoothie. Our day was instantly turned into bad day. I felt no more appetize and the mess (Food and spilled smoothies are all over the places) are nasty. We didn't feel the smoothies would be good. When she started to make our smoothies, she missed the measurement and we just said that are you going to make it right for us. And she got so offended and when she dumped the smoothies to the cup, they were all spilled around the cup. We asked to put in another cup so it won't make our hands sticky. She started yelling at us (customers) and it would charge $1 a cup. She was very angry and asked my name and my daughter name. Requesting to take our reward card away which we received during the store grand open. It was very awful customer service. We told her that it is all about the customer satisfaction nicely and she said she didn't care and said she was the manager (the lady in the pink shirt in the picture). I don't think we will go back to this store anymore although we have the free smoothies each week. The smoothies, of course, was no good because the way she made it. However, the service is always horrible and the wait is just the same. I have been there 4 times over the past month and none of my food has been correct. Minus a couple, most of the workers are flat out rude. Management at this location could and should spend more time making customer service a focal point. Each time that something has been forgotten on my meal I get looked at like itās my fault. As well as an impatient attitude like itās an inconvenience for a worker error. I get things happen. But when Iām the only person there and it takes 30 mins for you to get me my food in the drive thru then I would think you have time to review an order.
The couple of times I have been inside the location with my kids the music in the FAMILY friendly establishment over the speakers is not something I want a kindergartner or toddler listening to.
Again, the food is good. Which is why I give two stars. But something should be done about the workers and wait. If at all possible, I recommend forgoing or choosing another location until...
