Tsopelli Bakery — Restaurant in Texas

I went here this past weekend and was very disappointed. The cashier face wasn't very welcoming, and it looked like she was ready to leave. The drinks were OK, nothing exciting about them. Just visually, it looks more appetizing than actually drinking it. And I picked the gordita with ice cream and pecans that gordita was hard af like if it was from yesterday batch ngl. I get that it had ice cream, but they didn't take the time to actually heat it up cause there was a small spot that was warm, like if they just flipped it over like a tortilla and ya. And I know it wasn't fresh cause she came from the back with it. My sister had the oreo and she said the same that it was hard and she didn't like it either. The concha on the drink was hard and dry, didn't seem fresh from that day. And I know it's a small place and there's no wall between the kitchen and the dining space but it was hot inside. Aestethicly speaking and visually this looks good but not literally. And seeing how other people came in after us you can see their face how they were kinda disappointed or shocked coming in I'm sure they didn't expect seeing how in tik tok it appears differently. Will say this glad it wasn't expensive to not feel too bad throwing...

I believe I just fell in love! I recently visited Tsopelli last Friday, and the experience was wonderful. When I first arrived, I was mesmerized by the aesthetics of the atmosphere. There was a charming patio area to sit and eat outside with art displayed against the back wall, and the inside was quaint with a couple of tables and shelves with adorable items to purchase. Next, the food was delicious, and the prices were reasonable for the quality and quantity. We first went to the back, where there was a display case filled with empanadas, and they were mouthwateringly good. We first only bought one, but once we ate one, we went back to buy three more. For the drinks, I highly recommend the horchata matcha. I had one sip, and then I couldn’t stop drinking it. It was the perfect blend of horchata with the taste of cinnamon and matcha (I finished the drink in about 3 minutes; it was so delicious). Lastly, the service was unbelievable. Everyone was so sweet and helpful. Since it was my first time ever going to Tsopelli, we were overwhelmed by the menu, but she was so kind that she walked us through everything and gave us recommendations. Overall, I am completely impressed with Tsopelli and highly recommend...

The drinks were delish and soo cute! My bf got the pizza gordita and he really liked it too! The aesthetic is amazing and the little details of everything go along way!💞 with that being said, this place has soo much potential and with TikTok recognition people are definitely going to make it one of their musts. Unfortunately the day we went, (feb 15th, around 2pm) there was a cashier who wasn’t really the nicest. She didn’t greet, nor did she have a smile on her face. She didn’t even communicate as to see if we needed anything else. It did leave a negative impact tbh and makes one second guess if they’d want to go again. As someone who has worked in the food industry, I want to give my honest opinion & hope you’re able to hire the best of personalities because this really goes a long way as this is the face that people will see as soon as they walk in. It looks like the owner has put a lot of work into this idea & would hate to hear it go downhill. Especially because you’re representing the Latino community.
