Wraptitude — Restaurant in Texas

I want to say upfront that maybe this wasn't a good day for the chef, but the food was just awful. The burger had absolutely no taste, it's like they ground the meat and cooked it with no spices, had no flavor. The avocado in the burger was dark, and you could tell it wasn't the mexican avocados, it also had no flavor. The greek wrap wasn't awful, but it was nothing special, the hummus it had inside was terrible though. I got the chicken meat in the wrap, it like it was just boiled in water with no salt no spices, and added to the wrap. WHen you buy a wrap from a random place, as long as it's not disgusting, it will do; but for a place called WRAPtitue, one would assume the wraps should blow your mind. We went here because of all the excellent review, and lots of people in my community recommended it, and it was by far not what I was expecting based on all the hype. The appetizers were great, we had fried pickles, and onion rings, and their fries were excellent. But all in all, when you show up at a place that is supposed to have great burgers and wraps, appetizers alone won't earn you 5 stars. I normally give certain places a 2nd chance, but 2 entrees out of 2 failed, so there is no way I am...

We went here after the hype on social media. It was okay. The food was pretty good and the outside live entertainment was great! The service was slow but friendly. We had someone in training so he didn’t know what beers where on tap, he said that fries came with the burger (but they don’t), and he charged me for a half salad instead of a side salad. I understand that people have to start somewhere but I think that these are things he should probably know. Then after my bill was adjusted, it went to the wrong table! Lol So I had to track down the manager yet again. Hopefully, this gets better with properly trained employees. The burger wrap was good, not great. Apparently you can get it on a different tortilla wrap (like chipotle) but we didn’t know that because our waiter did not give us the options. So, maybe it would have been better. The fries and ceaser salad were good, but the onion rings were doughy. I’m sorry that my rating wasn’t higher, but there were too many issues. I was excited to eat here based on the review from David Elder. I’d try it one more time because they were friendly and I liked the outside...

When we arrived we were bit confused as no one was around. One of the employees came out from the kitchen and was very polite. He told us they had just closed down the kitchen early. So we apologize for the inconvenience, we were just going to leave; however, the young said he didn't mind cooking us something. So we try our best to order something basic from the menu. I order the Burger Wrap, my husband the All American Burger and my kid order the chicken strip basket. We didn't have to wait to long for the food to be ready, and We took the order to go. When we get home: Reaction.... my 1st bite into my wrap was "OMG 😱 THIS IS FREAKING DELICIOUS" 🤤😋....(and my husband was laughing but I was so dang serious lol) I have never had a burger in a wrap before today lol. The meat was so tender, juicy, fresh, and every single bite got better and better.

I definitely say this place will now be our go to for Hamburgers! They were really amazing to us. They cook e for us even though they were in the middle of closing. And their food end up tasting amazing and they did it all with a smile. Definitely some great folks...
