Here’s Mrs. Flip Out’s review of JATA Coffee Co.: We drove throughout the Panhandle and found ourselves in Texhoma. I was, perhaps, a little more than excited to see this gem along Highway 54. This coffee shop had it all: a lovely patio, spacious seating, great service and a menu that could easily stand on its own in a metropolis. The breve I ordered was one of the best I’ve had. I got Mr. Flip Out the Leprechaun frappe and he enjoyed it. When I commented to the barista that the logo was cool, she told me the owners wanted a logo that reflected the panhandle.
