Phenomenal pizzas! Pizza Tonight has truly great pizza that is worth every cent! On top of that, great prices and the staff is courteous and efficient! I truly enjoy all their pizzas. Pizza Tonight know how to make everything for a perfect pizza every time! Their ingredients are fresh, not salty, perfectly spiced on top of a perfect crust. They use 100% real cheese that doesn't end up greasy and you can taste the difference in quality! I have tried many different varieties of their pizzas and not disappointed once. *Strangely, I have never been a fan of even just a plain cheese pizza, but, because Pizza Tonight uses top shelf ingredients and assembly, it competes with the other pizzas with meats and vegetables. *The crust is made from scratch which makes a big difference to the overall quality of a pizza giving it that perfect slight crunch & fold when you eat it. *The red sauce is a delicious fresh tomato sauce that is neither acidic, salty or over seasoned. Alternatively, they also offer either a wonderful butter garlic or an alfredo, both which taste great! *The cheese is non-greasy 100% real dairy cheese/No grease. *The meats are great quality and the vegetables are fresh! *Also, a perfect distribution ratio of: crust-to sauce-to cheese-to toppings! The staff here is always so friendly! I've come here a couple of times and every time everyone has great attitudes! Also knowing that these are 100% handmade pizzas adds that extra artisan quality that is superior to others! Pizzas are already ready in 20 to 25 minutes. *NOTE: they have a sign that says they are closed on Monday so any other night of the week, order to your heart's content! Overall, Pizza Tonight is at the head of the pack, making delicious artisan pizzas! I definitely give pizza tonight two big thumbs up! My family has lived in The woodlands since 1986 and we've been going to "Pizza Tonight" since 2007. We've been long time customers and the recent decline in the quality and friendly nature of this small pizza shop has gone downhill.

This evening, 7/15/25, I put in an order for pickup over the phone. The young man on the line was extremely slow on purpose and had a rude, abrasive, uncaring tone as if I was bothering him. After much difficulty, I ordered a simple half and half topping large pizza that came out to $17. The price increase is insane, on par with better high end pizza joints in the area.

Now the quality of the pizza was horrendous. As you can see in the photo, the pizza was soggy and undercooked, with a complete lack of cheese. The sausage was sparse and the bacon got plopped in one big spot. The crust didn't even rise, and had a pre fabricated spongy texture. The sauce tasted too tart, almost sour, and there was too much.

I was surprised to see the owner there, with two apathetic young men who were abrasive and unfriendly in front of the owner. He would have never stood for the bad quality or attitudes I experienced tonight. It's very sad to see how the owner has given up on maintaining the quality of his restaurant.

I have had a bad pizza from here now and again, but I kept coming back because I wanted to support his business and the quality would be better occasionally. However, this is the lowest pizza I've ever had, and I will not be returning. "Pizza Tonight" is sadly fading away like the rest of the woodlands because of a cheap, apathetic owner charging extortion prices for low quality pizzas.

I live SO close to this place and used to order for my son and husband all the time . U But, lately for example yesterday , they gave my husband the wrong pizza ( like not even the one we ordered) . The owner, or manager of course re made it.

It was supposed to be half cheese and half pepperoni.

My husband called , and told him(manager,owner) how the pizza looked , and he was basically called a liar, as the manager,owner whoever he was said , " I made the pizza myself, I know it's right !"

The funny thing is, we had PAID for the pizza before the pizza was re made from the first mistake , so it's not like we were trying to get anything for free.

They dont open the box to show you , you literally have to check before you leave , because if you don't there may be a chance it's incorrect.

This was not the first terrible experience there , but we gave them other chances cause we always thought the pizza was good , but , I do NOT recommend this establishment AT ALL.
