Wife and I stopped in for lunch . I noticed their sign in Metcalf "Best Southern Food" . The place is small and quaint, country decor . It was spotlessly clean as well. I ordered fried chicken which came with Mac n cheese. My sides were greens and skillet squash. Cornbread was included on my plate as well. Afterwards, our waitress brought out a slice of delicious homemade cinnamon pound cake. EVERTHING was wonderfully good . I can see us riding there from Crawfordville Fl. just to have lunch again. Our bill was $17.50 .

Super bad experience on steak and seafood night. Paid for a couple of meals that supposed to include shrimp and salad. Got home and no shrimp or salad. Whipped cream was the dessert and had to wait an hour and a half to get this sorry service. I will never patronize this...
