Great little hidden gem. The staff was extremely friendly. Awesome customer service. Pizza was delicious, not greasy unlike most places. I hate greasy pizza, you can’t really enjoy the actual pizza without getting sick due to the excess grease, however, this place makes amazinggggg pizza. I love and miss my favorite spots back in BK ( NYC ), but this place is hands down the best in NE CT. Having lived in NYC for 10+ years, CT doesn’t really have many good restaurants in comparison to NYC, ( then again NYC is internationally known for its varied culinary of all ethnicity’s and sub-ethnicity’s and price points from local hotspot whole-in-the-wall’s inexpensive gems to high end/fancy upscale restaurants such as PL’s and Del Frisco’s amongst many other phenomenal steak houses and other high end restaurants ), in my honest opinion, but to my surprise this place made such perfectly moist but not overly soggy moist pizza, if that makes sense. Just the perfect amount of crisp yet chewy but not too chewy. The pizza definitely tasted exquisite and fresh. This place definitely hits it on the money for taste and quality but also the price point is right on too!! Out of 10 stars, I’d give it a 20!! I’ll definitely be...

As a former pizza chef, it's clear there's no love of the craft here... The pie is cooked in a rush, leaving a burned outside and raw doughy layer under the sauce (called a gel). The ingredients/recipes are bland and cheap... Cook staff seem unaware of a concept called "cheese lock", where the edge of the cheese meets the crust, covering ALL of the sauce, that way toppings stay in place. I ordered a couple large cheese pizzas, delivered - regular, nothing fancy requested. The cheese was STILL on the side of the boxes. For both! The manager refused to replace them unless I brought them back myself. Seriously. A complete lack of accountability here for an inept team, regardless of whether it be cook staff, delivery staff AND ultimately management. That's a really poor business practice, guys... If you're making your delivery customers go out of their way for a replacement, it's just as easy to come get a refund and go elsewhere. Which I did. Used to be 5☆s all around but the last 2 times ordering, and we used to order weekly, were a month between or more. We tried again hoping it got better or like it used to be. There was barely cheese on the pizza, the tenders weren't hot, they forgot the fries and they also forgot the other container of sauce for the egg rolls. We paid almost $60 for a minimal amount of food and they forgot items and I even had the man wait so I could give him more of a tip because I always feel bad when someone goes out of their way for me. I will have to find another place to order and there really aren't many in northeast Connecticut that are great. I just wish they'd go back to pre pandemic and get their stuff together.
