Thompson House of Pizza — Restaurant in Thompson

I’ve had issues with my order at this location two nights in a row. The first night, I let it go without much concern. They were busy. However, on the second night, the same problem occurred. I called in my order clearly for 10 chicken tenders with BBQ sauce on the side, but it was delivered drenched in sauce instead like the night before.

When I asked for the order to be remade, I waited patiently in my car at the window. Unfortunately, the staff member handling my request—an older over weight woman—stared at me with a visibly angry expression through the window multiple times over the 20 minutes I waited. I decided to leave. She smiled and laughed through the window as I did. I’m not sure what I did to deserve that treatment.

As a loyal customer who orders from this place 3–4 times a week during extremely busy work periods, this experience was disappointing. I won’t be returning. If you’re looking for better service, I’d recommend Anya’s in Thompson or Dudley House of Pizza, where the staff is consistently friendly and always...

I’ve ordered from here multiple times now each time hoping it will get a bit better, checking reviews and always being persuaded it’s gonna be good….. then the soggy pizza arrives dashing my hopes….☹️ It’s local and there really isn’t much competition so it’s really frustrating always getting soggy pizza. The toppings are ok, it's as always hot, person who takes order is fast and polite but damn the pizza base that’s the issue, maybe this feedback will help, (I doubt it though as most reviews are very positive), maybe we are all just resigned to this local choice being the only delivery available……my expectations are to be able to fold a slice and it stay in shape when picked up… currently the doughs raw in the center it flops and dumps topping in box. I’ve tried multiple options now only 3 toppings it’s the same each time. I hope it...

If you think you’ve had good pizza, you need to try Thompson house of pizza! It was unbelievable. The staff was busy and still had time to more then take care of me and they were all very pleasant and welcoming. The cheese was stretchy and delicious, the sauce was perfect and amazing. I can’t even tell you how perfect the crust was either because it was 10/10 and you should just try it tonight! Not to mention it was extremely fresh and ripping hot. I’ve just found my new pizza place. Thanks for doing Pizza right I’m impressed.
