I called in a order for Sharks in Harvey on 159th today. THEY DID NOT MENTION A COVID TAX when I ordered. I even asked on the phone what the price of the order was and he said “11.99+ tax”. When I went to pay for my food I realized it was a little more expensive than I expected. I had to ASK why my food was more money than usual that’s when the man want to show me some scribbled sign that’s out of your line of view 🙄 then gone try to be smart and say “I don’t know I just work here” So y’all up there with NO MASKS ON, none of the customers have on masks (besides me) and no 6 feet social distancing regulations but y’all want to add a COVID 19 tax? 🤔 funny how businesses want to pick and choose what regulations will benefit them. Tsk 🙄. I wonder how many people went up there today and paid that tax and didn’t even know. They don’t give a receipt unless you ask either. Pay attention to y’all orders and ask for receipts. I know the price of food going up and I don’t care about paying a little extra but the least they can do is tell you in advance. Otherwise, that’s a deceitful practice.

Food and service were fantastic. We were thrilled to find this place open after 11PM. Our flight was late, and my coworker and I had to drive two hours before arriving at our hotel. Starving and desperate, we found this food joint about to close but they graciously let us eat inside, serving us the best food ever! The staff didn't rush us or even hint at kicking us out like they do in NY or NJ. The food was absolutely delicious. I got the King Nachos, and my coworker got the fried catfish. Plus, two iced teas for a total of $36. A fair price for a meal that saved us from gnawing on the hotel’s pillows! Now, the area is a bit sketchy. We, the only two people in business suits, definitely stood out like sore thumbs. Lol. After we finished, the staff politely closed up shop. Thanks again, folks, for the great service!

Visit this establishment just for quick bite to eat, an I ordered the (Gyros) sandwich unfortunately it wasn't good at all. It is evident that the person who prepared it doesn't know much about it. Only if they could offer different fries instead of those battered fries because I didn't care for those kind of fries. What happened too just regular French 🍟 fries. Those price for a simple bite too eat are outrageous!!! "Business owners if they think hiking up the price is good thing than think again" most of those will price themselves out of business with little to be known its all a setup because the cooperation will soon take over all...
