3 Amigos Restaurant — Restaurant in Thousand Oaks

This place used to be our favorite until they started adding pieces of rubber( Not Edible steak) plus we asked for well done steak and they gave us bloody, chewy steak. Not happy, the girl cashier, the one with curly hair and tan skin is so super rude. She is only nice to men. Totally unacceptable!! And she and the other cashier are always talking to each other and not paying any attention to customers. I will NOT recommend this place. Not only I wasted my time picking up our food but I spend $4.50 per taco and we usually get 4 tacos each! and couldn’t eat them. Will never come back and told friends and family about it!! I love this humble little restaurant! Been going there for +10 years. Their burritos are delicious! Better than Taco Bell/Dell Taco by a long shot! The 3 amigos, Supreme, and the bean & cheese burritos are delicious! I've gotten stuck in rush hours from 12-1 pm & 6-8 pm can get jammed up but the food usually doesn't disappoint so the wait is worth it. Of course, since I've been going there for a good decade there are rare occasions of incorrect orders for example I asked for mild sauce and I got spicy instead. I have eaten Mexican food all over the Untied States for many years. And hands down this has to be the worse Mexcian food (if you want to call it that) I have ever eaten anywhere in my life. I asked for a small Styrofoam bowl to put sauce in to eat their hard nasty chips with and the girl said yes but the little bowl is $2.78 I said are you serious and she was. The food I got I only ate about a 1/4 of it cause like I said it's the worse I've ever had. I have had better food from Taco Bell and Del Taco then what they serve here.
