Spring Creek Diner — Restaurant in Three Springs

Stopped in for breakfast while working in the area. Ordered coffee and a HE&C on an English muffin. Coffee was hot and fresh, not too acidic even though it was strongly brewed. The egg was large and scrambled, though it could have been prepared differently if I'd asked. The ham was salty rather than sweet and not dry. It was a generous slice about a quarter inch thick. Tasted like Kentucky Legend smoked ham. The cheese was a processed white American slice. I had it served on an English muffin. The server was finally and helpful. Had pancakes for breakfast this morning. Worst pancakes I ever had. Totally dry ,and tasted like dry flower. There is no excuse for serving food such as this. Pancakes are so easy to make even from scratch. Someone needs to teach whomever made those pancakes how to maksome supervision is needed e them fit to eat or don't offer them on the menu .we could not get past the second bite. They were like eating dry stale flower. Other food there is very good. We like the restaurant and the staff but some supervision is needed in the breakfast foods cooking. We are regular customers but will not order...

I stop and ate there last night, 7/23/21, for the first time ever. I arrived around 6:55 not knowing that they closed at 7. The staff was wonderful and said it was no problem and they would be more than welcome to serve me. So I ordered there Rubin sandwich and there Crab fries. The Crab fries were the best Fries I ever had!! Fresh cut fries with a homemade beer cheese smothered in lump crab meat and dusted with Old Bay!!!
