When you order and pay online you expect for the order to be done or getting done when you arrive to pick it up. Instead, you wait 45 minutes after arriving and find out that they don't start your order till you arrive. What's the point in paying in advance? So ,they are worried about wasting if the customer doesn't show? That still doesn't matter...

Valet service was nice. Entered the Grand Ballroom via the red carpeted entry and was greeted by the wine steward offering complimentary champagne in red Solo Cups. Curiously, they served the appetizers with the main course. The band was great! we danced well into the lunch rush......Cmon people....it's Taco...

The past 2 times I have came to this Taco Bell the wait time for the drive thru has been ridiculous! It's called fast food for a reason. Each time we came through this location we had to wait 45mins to an hour for our food. Several people behind us drove away instead of waiting. ...
